- Wear SPF daily to protect your skin and extend the results of your treatment
- Avoid introducing active ingredients like retinol or exfoliating acids for at least 24 to 48 hours post-treatment
- Do not pick at or manipulate the skin following your facial
- Avoid excessive heat, including hot showers, steam, and direct sun exposure for 24 hours
